Two live Miami B2B sites

Miami web design for B2B companies in logistics, SaaS and trade

We built the website for a Miami Springs freight company and for a Miami-based freight-quoting platform. We work remotely from Colombia, on Eastern time in winter and one hour behind it in summer, so your workday is ours too.

Two Miami B2B sites you can open today

Both launched under Crece Virtual, our former brand name, and their footers still say so.

    Miami Springs, FL3PL logistics

    GLT Logistics

An inland transportation 3PL shipping across the US, Mexico and Canada. The site walks shippers through each mode, from LTL and FTL to temperature-controlled freight and drayage, and recruits both customers and agents.

    What we did

Web development of the corporate WordPress site on a custom theme: a solutions menu by freight mode, separate paths to become a customer or an agent, links to the customer portal, a blog and Google reviews.

  2. Screenshot of the Tabi Connect website on desktop

    Miami, FLLogistics SaaS

    Tabi Connect

A rate management platform that gives freight brokers instant quotes and pricing analytics. The marketing site moves visitors toward booking a demo or logging in.

    What we did

Design and development of the WordPress site on a custom theme, with plugins built for it: an ROI calculator, an FAQ bot with scripted answers and flipbook-style case studies. Demos are booked through Calendly.

    Technology

Footer credit: “Design & Dev by Crece Virtual”.

What a B2B site in Miami usually needs

All of these are live on the GLT and Tabi sites today.

  • A path for every audience

Shippers, agents, carriers or job seekers each land on the page meant for them, like GLT's “Become a Customer” and “Become an Agent”.

  • Self-serve demo booking

Prospects pick a time without an email back-and-forth, the way Tabi uses Calendly.

  • Tools that help close

Custom ROI calculators, quote estimators or comparison tools built around your product.

  • Forms wired to your CRM

Every inquiry lands in HubSpot or whatever your sales team uses, tagged with where it came from.

  • Clear way in for customers

Portal and login buttons for existing accounts, kept apart from the sales pitch.

  • Spanish where it pays off

A Spanish version for the pages your Miami or Latin American buyers actually read, written for them.

Miami is bilingual. Your buyer journey may not need to be.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 68.8% of Miami city residents age 5 and older speak Spanish at home (American Community Survey 5-year estimates, 2020–2024, table DP02: data.census.gov/table/ACSDP5Y2024.DP02?g=160XX00US1245000). For a B2B company that doesn't mean translating every page. Procurement teams in other states will read in English, while local customers, drivers or partners may prefer Spanish. We map which pages each audience actually reads and build the second language there, written by a person rather than a plugin.

How we work with Miami companies

Remote from Colombia, with almost the same workday as your office.

Hours and communication

Colombia stays on UTC−5 year-round. From November to March that's exactly Miami time; during daylight saving time we're one hour behind, so a 9 a.m. call in Miami is 8 a.m. for us. Meetings happen over video and every agreement goes in writing.

More Florida pages

Are we the right team for your Miami site?

Better to know before the first call.

A good fit if…

  • You sell to other businesses and the site has to explain technical services, capture qualified leads and drive demos or quote requests.
  • You want one partner that can handle both the English site and a Spanish version for local or Latin American buyers.
  • You're comfortable working over video, with progress you can review online and decisions in writing.

Consider someone else if…

  • You need frequent in-person meetings in Miami or on-site photo and video shoots.
  • You only need one page for a single campaign: that's a landing page, not a full website.

How we run a B2B website project

  1. 1

    Sales discovery

We learn how your buyers buy: who researches, who signs off, and what they need to see before talking to sales.

  2. 2

    Architecture by solution and audience

One page per service line and a distinct path for customers, partners or agents, each with its own call to action.

  3. 3

    Build and integrations

WordPress or Next.js depending on who edits and what the site must do, plus CRM forms and demo scheduling.

  4. 4

    Launch and tracking

We connect analytics and Search Console, manage the domain and DNS, and confirm every lead reaches sales with its source attached.

We've worked with Crece Virtual on several web design projects for our Barranquilla operation. Their team demonstrated a solid command of both WordPress and React, adapting to the specific needs of each project based on our technical and functional requirements. What we value most is the quality of the codebase they deliver. Each project has a clean and well-organized structure, which has greatly facilitated updates and the addition of new features when needed. The technical documentation they provide is clear and useful for our internal team. Communication throughout the entire process was smooth and professional.

    December 2025

Working with Crece Virtual transformed how we acquire clients. From the outset, they understood our business and guided us through everything: digital strategy, website architecture, and domain selection. The WordPress site, with a custom theme and widgets created in Elementor, turned out exactly as we needed: fast, clear, and designed to make requesting quotes effortless. Thanks to technical SEO, link building, and Google Ads campaigns in Medellín, our quote requests increased several times over, stabilizing at nearly 500% higher than at the beginning. The automation that sends leads from WhatsApp to Google Sheets, complete with all the data and UTM parameters, allows us to better measure sales and repeat purchases. Furthermore, their hosting, domain, and Google Workspace services have been reliable, and whenever we need support, they're always there with quick and clear answers.

We have been working with Crece Virtual for several months now, and it has been a great experience. They built our website in Next.js, and it turned out super fast and professional. The best part is that they didn't leave us on our own after delivery: every month they make updates and improvements, and when we need something urgently, they always respond very quickly. Their support has been impeccable. In addition to the website, they manage our Google Ads campaigns and SEO. Honestly, everything has worked very well. The campaigns bring in good leads and have us well positioned on Google and Bing. They are very professional but also very approachable, always explaining everything clearly. I recommend them without hesitation.

  • Rafael Castaño

We hired Crece Virtual to redesign our corporate website and improve our SEO. The result completely exceeded our expectations. The design is elegant, professional, and conveys the seriousness we needed as an environmental project. Navigation is intuitive, and our clients can easily find the information they're looking for. Regarding SEO and ads, we now appear in the top Google results for the searches that matter to us. The team was incredibly professional, met every deadline, and was always available to answer questions. It's clear they know what they're doing.

Miami web design FAQ

Do you work with Miami companies without a local office?

Yes. We work remotely from Colombia, over video calls with written follow-ups. GLT Logistics in Miami Springs and Tabi Connect in Miami were both built this way; open their sites and check the footers.

Can you build a bilingual English and Spanish site?

Yes. Each language gets its own pages and copy written for that reader, not a translation widget layered on top. Before we start, we agree which pages need both versions and who approves each one.

Do you have logistics or SaaS experience?

Yes. GLT Logistics is an inland 3PL and Tabi Connect is rate management software for freight brokers. Those sites cover what this kind of buyer expects: solutions by mode, customer and agent sign-ups, demo booking and an ROI calculator.

Why do those footers say Crece Virtual instead of User Media?

Crece Virtual is our former brand name. Since mid-2025, crecevirtual.com has redirected to usermedia.co. The sites keep the credit they launched with.

Can the site connect to HubSpot or another CRM?

Yes. The GLT and Tabi sites both run HubSpot forms. If your team uses a different CRM, we work out the integration during discovery, including which source data to store with each lead.

Does your Miami company need a site that sells harder?

Tell us what you sell, to which kinds of companies, and what you have today. We'll propose pages, languages, stack and integrations, and tell you what we'd hold off on.

It helps to know your current URL, the CRM your sales team uses and whether your buyers read English, Spanish or both.
